Domestic airport

Just managed to get through the gate to the air show today. This is the most disorganized event I have ever been to. Nobody giving directions and no signs on the road directing traffic flow. When you finally get parked there are lines going everywhere. No indication of which line is the entrance which is to buy tickets. Lots of people feeling frustrated!! There is no doubt that these events are going to draw lots of people. That is great but when they are not organized it really does spoil the event. We decided to come because we were still waiting for our refund from 2019’s cancelled event. Thought we would give the Airshow another chance. Won’t be doing this again.!! We will make the drive to Cold Lake next time. Their event is always well organized and very busy!!

100 plus people in line. One security line operating. Security checking every gel. Justifying their existence.Waste of time.

Took the family for the Thursday pizza special. First time there. What fantastic pizza! Everyone loved it. No leftovers from my box. It's really just a short drive north of Barrie and a great way to get everyone out of the house with plenty of distancing during these pandemic times. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to stopping in again.

Its pretty scenic but there is a serious lack of bells for the namesake. There should be a much higher ratio of bells to clocks. Scenic yet dissapointing.

Only airport I've ever been at where you can't get a cup of coffee. Perhaps Giovanna Verrilli (CEO)will include passenger experience and comfort whilst dealing with the pandemic recovery. Afterall this airport is an AOE. Should be managed as one and not as a private grass strip.The restaurant was closed at 9 am and the vending machine was unserviceable. Time they get tst. UPDATE 2 months later and still no coffee!

i landed my $4.5M private jet here. smooth runway and great landing. only reason it wasn't a five star is because a wild bell island youth threw a hydrogen bomb at my jet and obliterated it! i forgave the child but I don't have my jet anymore :(

The best fun I've had legally ever, No contest. Vinland motorsports is awesome.

Flair? This is what you, Lake Simcoe regional airport associate yourself with. Lol. Do you know that Flair don't refund? You pay ticket $25, you pay one handbag, you pay checked in luggage, you pick a seat, you pay travelflex in case you need to change things, total $138 but then opps! You picked a wrong date, let's change for tomorrow. Well, they keep it all and let you a voucher for $25 only. Don't associate yourself with Flair, not a good trend.
